[Trisquel-users] Free standard to create interactive web apps?

Hi guys, I'm doing research about tools to create interactive web apps,  
something similar to Flash, but a free one. I am not a programmer so I would  
prefer a tool / standard not too complicated to learn. Does it exist? or  
could you give clues?
