I have been using Trisquel 6.0.1 and it made me ressuscitate my Old Dell

I want to make sure I show my appreciation towards the distro since I can
read a LOT of bashing throughout this forum.
I've been trying to upgrade to V7.0 however, it seems that the driver used in
6.0 for my ATI doesn't exist anymore in 7.0 and it makes the whole experience
not good enough since my screen is flickering.
I looked at the driver used in 6.0 (by going to All Settings=>Details) and it
says Driver Unknown, Experience Fallback
while when I install 7.0, it says Driver VESA:P24.
Is there a way I could use the same driver used on 6.0 and configure it to be
used in 7.0 ?
