Ask aklis on IRC what the latest plans are.  I was asked for my thoughts  
during the GitLab alpha, and my suggestion was the existing system is kept  
for a putative triage team, if there were volunteers.  But whether a decision  
has been made or if there are to be further discusssions I don't know.

FWIW normally people ask the 'developers' questions on trisquel-devel.  (But  
mostly you're best finding them on IRC:) ).
