You're not describing your problem very well, but I'll answer based on a  
hunch:

Trisquel 6 or 7?
I had no problem installing Wine on Trisquel 7. Trisquel 6, on the other  
hand, has a problem with the ia32-libs-multiarch package, which is a  
dependency of Wine in that version of Trisquel; see this bug for more details  
and a fix:

If this isn't your problem, you should probably explain better than "Wine is  
broken".
