Hi There,
I just purchased an X61s and loaded Trisquel v7 i686 onto it. Running some
commands:
X61s:~$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Trisquel
DISTRIB_RELEASE=7.0
DISTRIB_CODENAME=belenos
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Trisquel GNU/Linux 7.0, Belenos"
X61s:~$ lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 net

If memory serves me, the Intel WiFi card is bad news. I thought this laptop
model had an Atheros WiFi card. At least that's what h-node.org says about
the X61s.
As far as I can tell, my options are to get a USB WiFi adapter or ditch this
X61s and try another computer.
Ideas, opinions?
TIA,
Rick
