It didn't help,
I am able to change keyboard after startup using
setxkbmap dk
I have tried to add that to ~/.fluxbox/startup right before [exec] fluxbox
but that doesn't change anything either
I have also tried to add the following
Section "InputClass"
Identifier "system-keyboard"
Option "XkbLayout" "dk"
EndSection
to /etc/X11/xorg.conf
but that didn't help either...
I am using the horrible gnome3 login manager (the one that slowly fades while
testing my patience :) ) and I have gnome3 installed...
