Yesteday I found the [https://www.96boards.org/products/hikey/ hikey board]. I didn't dig much, but seems that the graphic driver is [http://malideveloper.arm.com/develop-for-mali/drivers/open-source-mali-gpus-linux-kernel-device-drivers/ avaliable under the gpl].
They also [https://github.com/96boards/linux published] the kernel source tree used, but I didn't check it for blobs.
After reading the [https://github.com/96boards/documentation/wiki/HiKeyGettingStarted getting started guide], this board
seems like a very promising (if not already fully-fsf-compliant) device. /santi
