Regarding trouble with Add/Remove Applications (its real name is  
"gnome-app-install"): I suggest you use Synaptic when you have those  
problems. You can find it in System Settings.

As for not having an Internet connection, you may want to try apt-offline.

Replace "toutatis" with "belenos". (Trisquel 6 was the latest release at the  
time of that post.)
