If so, that'd be good since the choice of a major distro offering the Windows-style ability to install an app regardless of dependancy is more or less nonexistant - and I'm sure there are people out there who want such a hoice.
So what will this mean? I'm guessing those who want the traditionally small
size of everything outside the large-file-media-filled ~/ can stick with
APT-dpkg and those who want Windows-style ability to install an app without
thinking of dependency hell at the expense of HDD space can opt for Snappy?
