Install IceCat with the package manager (always install from the package  
manager unless you have a good reason not to do so). You can launch  
"Synaptic", one of its graphical interface, search for the "icecat" package,  
and install it in three clicks.

IceCat's "private window" (that you can open from the menu or with  
Ctrl+Shift+P) has its traffic going through Tor.
