i thought that the problem was powertop but it doesen't look so.
i've just tried the same stress command configuration and the Libreboot shut  
down after few minutes.The temperature difference(xsensors)was around 25C.I  
think the issue is caused by the Libreboot BIOS cause i had a similar problem  
with Trisquel 6 (Live) as well.
