[Trisquel-users] Backup (Duplicity) not working

My computer was automatically backing up with Trisquel GNOME's default backup  
software, and this error appeared.

Could not restore ‘/home/joshua/.cache/deja-dup/metadata’: File not found  
in backup

I'm afraid the backup software isn't functioning properly; I accidentally  
messed up the location of some files and tried restoring the directory, but  
very few of the files were successfully restored, so I had to reorganize it  
manually.

Is there any way to run the program in a debug mode to see why it isn't  
working?
