I note you've reported the same problem on behalf of one of your friends
before[1]. Can you explain a bit more about the use case(s) please. For
example, is your friend also blind and you are both having secondary
accessibility issues with the icon method a_slacker_here suggests? Or is it
as with some uses for Japanese speakers you need to switch alphabets very
frequently in a piece of text and an icon really slows matters down?
What I'm driving at here is 'What grounds are there for saying the 7.0.1
update, when it arrives, is not soon enough?'
