I completely agree, their customer service is the best I've seen: they also  
provide REAL and justified solutions for any problem.

They seem to take their jobs seriously and with motivation and after buying  
things from them, it is hard for me to return to conventional computer  
stores: they put people that know nothing about computing informing the  
customer...
