Even so it isn't too horrible, which is nice.
Unfortunately benchmarking Hurd based systems in a virtual machine does
negatively affect performance since most VM's have operating system specific
optimizations to keep performance reasonable. It is rare to see a hurd system
installed natively to give more realistic results.
