yes it creates a uneven playing field
you could think of it as a reward for putting the time and effort to make the
media in the first place
but i think that people could cope with not commercially redistributing some
media don’t you?
i have read the article and yes i relies there are many benefits to allowing
commercial redistribution
but with some media if the artist chooses to have there media under a
non-commercial license so they can earn money for a living or to fund
creation of more works
as its not a necessity for people to commercially redistribute the media then
i think thats fine don’t you?
