If cpu is Intel and gpu Intel, I think yes. Macintosh AirPort I think that  
wouldn't work. I had to much problems Mac's AirPort from MacBook Air 2009,  
because it is a broadcom, and have a proprietary connection, can't be  
replaced for one different.
