Guys, now you are really overdoing it with your criticism of the initial "how  
many women?" thread. The initial thread might have contained a stupid  
question but unfortunately it was a legitimate one as women still are  
underrepresented in the IT industry worldwide. That's a fact and that is also  
true for ethnic minorities. I'm not saying (and neither did the OP) that we  
should discriminate against anyone. It was just a simple question out of  
interest without (I assume) any deeper thoughts behind it.

It really doesn't help too much if you now all pick on this topic and make  
fun of the OP as it is an important one which needs to be discussed  
seriously.
