I'm not sure you can use dd for that, but you should be able to create a
single fat32 partition on your usb stick, copy the contents of the iso to the
stick (either using a tool to extract the files from the iso directly to the
fat32 partition, or mounting the iso and copying the files across) and using
something like parted to set the partition as bootable.
