It shouldn't have anything to do with that. Firefox (and, as a result,  
downstream derivatives like Abrowser) doesn't start enforcing the use of  
signed extensions only until version 43. The version of Abrowser in Trisquel  
repos appears to be version 41, which only warns about using unsigned
