[Trisquel-users] Abuse: account spams non-English forums

I have tried contacting quidam on IRC, but he is AFK. This account is used  
for spamming non-English forums:

If someone has administrator rights on forums and can block/delete that  
account or can further ping quidam on this issue, (s)he should step up.
