I now exactly what you are talking about and in my own experience to
counter and finding a better solution to this matter, that does
affects millions of users, is best to use some sort secure VPN provider.
Your ISP can not tract your usage, if you are using a secure VPN.
The problem is that some VPN providers do not allowed torrents and
limited in their usage. Read the VPN service contracts and research
properly what is available from your geographic area.
I do pay 25 dollars a month for unlimited usage for 5 pc and my VPN
provider is located in Singapore.
I don't use torrents, neither download movies or shows, but I do
stream from different servers the latest movies and cable shows that I
desire to watch without incidents. All this is done using VPN.
For music I record the songs or play list of my own taste using
AUDACITY. For others that will be hard to do, but I enjoy editing my
own music using GNU programs.
