Thank you everyone for advises, and a warm welcome. By "acting like it's  
full", I mean that I cannot download programs, nor new software. I don't know  
why. I don't think Trisquel is using 500 GB HDD, so I thought it had  
something to do with encryption of the HDD and/or over-writing the free  
space. But all this is new to me.
