you do have a point though, people need to be informed about how good linux
is before they will come to it,
although I think that if you knew how windows and propietary software worked,
you would be extremely careful...
nonetheless though even more importantly, forcing people to operate a certain
way causes strife hence why some people hate it. (Not that windows is
perfect... cause even xp was problematic, but when you get to the last one
which is windows 10 lol.... I think even apple is less prone to
destruction...
I will though add, I support using software that has proprietary software
sometimes if you can strip the bad parts off and use it in a free software
way.
(though this is rare and again, yes i realize that this forum hates even
that. Alas I am just trying to help people get to linux. Anything is better
than the alternative, (windows 10 or as some call it, privacy hell)
