[Trisquel-users] How can I install kernel 3.19 or higher.

Hi,
I am using Ubuntu. I've installed Trisquel on this day for GNU. I want to  
install new kernel version (3.19 or higher). It is important to my ATI Video  
Card. I did some research on the internet but my English and my knowledge is  
not enough. Do you have a package for this?
