Some time ago (shortly after the release of Trisquel 7, I think) there was a  
problem of some sort with the script that filters proprietary software out,  
and a lot of libre programs were unavailable. I suppose Abuse might have been  
missed, or something when that was fixed. Just conjecture on my part, though.

The source code and shareware data minus the sound effects were released to  
the public domain, so Abuse is definitely libre as long as you don't include  
the sounds.
