@CalmStorm : It is based on Gnome. It has a panel on the top and a dock on
the bottom. The panel has applications menu called "slingshot". Here is a

@ayush : You can do that but it involves adding PPA. I won't recommend that.
You can have a dock by installing 'docky' and using this theme
(http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Enigmo+Docky+Theme?content=166744).
You can even look for themes and icons on gnome-look.org. Wallpapers for Luna
