Maybe not, but it's a *lot* heavier than Enlightenment E17 or OpenBox. If LXDE does little to reduce the resource consumption compared to GNOME Fallback, it might be time to consider a more light-weight desktop for Mini. Otherwise there will be thousands of laptops like my Acer Aspire One that are not supported by Trisquel at all, and from the ones I've tried so far, by any usable, 100% free distro at all. I'd hate to move to a non-FSF-endorsed distro to keep my Acer working, but I think it would be more ethical than turning working hardware into e-waste.
