My subscription to My Private internet Access will be ending soon. What is a  
good cheap encrypted, no logging, shared ip vpn? Or are they the cheapest?

Also I have a friend from peru who is interested in a cheaper vpn. What vpn  
service would you recommend for them? They would like something cheaper than  
PIA VPN.
