[Trisquel-users] whole repo index files are downloading again after apt-get update

So I have noticed that when I first run "apt-get update" it downloads
the index files for Packages and Sources, and Translation-en.
Well that's what it supposed to do but if run "apt-get update" again
after the first one has completed it downloads the whole index files
for Packages and Sources, and Translation-en again.
