The fourth point release of Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is now available to download.  
Ubuntu 14.04.4 includes an updated hardware enablement stack (HWE). This  
comprises of the Linux Kernel 4.2 and an updated X11 stack from Ubuntu 15.10
