The manual was harder than it should (I edited it). To install "libdvdcss2", you only need to execute the following command in a terminal:
$ sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
As written in the documentation, it is because of the DMCA in the USA, the
EUCD in Europe, etc. Those stupid laws prohibit the circumvention of any
digital lock. Even if it is amazingly weak such as DVD's CSS.
