Yeah! Isn't that neat? Air are also hardliners about net neutrality. After reading the first few posts of this forum thread, see Staff's rebuttal to the noise (comment #16), which I think is as clear a position as I think I've ever heard from an internet service provider:

As for whether Air servers themselves run free software, I cannot make a statement with any certainty. I suspect they run some custom software, which if not closed license, may not be publicly distributed. You might wish to enquire directly. The client software itself, at least, is GPL (which leverages the "community" version of OpenVPN and other libre licensed frameworks).
