WYSIWYG is a misnomer when you're talking about HTML, because HTML isn't  
supposed to define how pages look, only what kind of information they have.  
Most websites tightly define what they look like, but the way this is done is  
with CSS. Without CSS, different browsers might render the same HTML in  
completely different ways.
