+1 for Bandcamp. Use a Google dork and search for inurl:bandcamp.com AND "some rights reserved" AND "genre here" or similar.
There's also a guy who has been running a CC music radio station for several years now that I always listen to. Rynothebearded.com he interviews CC artists and posts links and licenses to every song that's broadcast.
