I think that is pre-compiled software. In Trisquel, once the tar.gz archive
is downloaded, right-click it in the file manager, and select "extract here"
(or something similar). Then there will probably be some sort of binary you
run (bitmask or bitmask.bin or something). I can't vouch for whether it is
safe to use this software though.
