I don't know if this is exclusive of my account, but if you login to the  
forum, you should find an entry at the right that says "Create Content". Then  
you will have to go to "Addons", and there you'll be able to add the addon  
you want. It may just be available for me though, a long time ago Ruben  
(Trisquel's developer) was kindly enough to trust me to be a translator, for  
which I'm really honored.

No sé si esto es exclusivo de mi cuenta pero, una vez logueado en el foro  
deberás encontrar una entrada de lado derecho que dice "Crear Contenido".  
Después deberás ir a "Complemento", y allí podrás agregar el complemento.
