I've also seen another machine with nearly complete wooden casing. The beast
looks super heavy though. You could cut onions on it or something. And it
actually looks a bit off.
Depending on the thickness of the lid, it's probably possible to modify the
plans so the whatever I want to be engraved would simply be printed. But I
have no idea if it would look good or not.
If it fits and is well immobilized, adding a HDD to the mix would really be
cool. Depending on the cables and all (and the LCD pad), do you think there
is room for me to modify the parts to print without too much problems?
