This can be one of two things:

1. Fired for performance and then this person stirs up the pot by saying it was gender related hoping there is a lawsuit. This is very common in corporate America when a black employee is fired. I forgot what its called, so check your PHR/SPHR/SHIRM guides.

2. Fired for being LGBTQ. If so, the FSF should get its non profit status revoked and the organization shut down. The GPL will still exist, but the FSF will be removed from any FLOSS association and history entirely.
