The answers of the FSF (
https://www.fsf.org/news/free-software-foundation-statement ) and of its
president (
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/libreboot/2016-09/msg00052.html ) are
pretty clear:
Although it is our usual policy not to comment publicly on internal personnel
matters for privacy reasons, we felt it necessary to state unequivocally that
the allegations made in that email are untrue. (...) While we understand that
it is difficult whenever an employment relationship ends, the suggestion that
the separation was a result of discriminatory animus is unfounded.
The dismissal of the staff person was not because of her gender.
Her gender now is the same as it was when we hired her.
It was not an issue then, and it is not an issue now.
What is unclear is the accusation: Leah claims that the FSF fired somebody
because she was trans but does not give any *single* evidence. And she asks
for people being fired. And she leaves the GNU project. And she asks for the
refunding of her donations. Leah is trolling!
