Thanks to staff names: Magic Banana, and also SuperTramp83 for useful advice  
given to me in "issues". At some point I was advised to use the forums first  
and on an issue-by-issue basis. I value the time people commit to helping  
others and wish to do likewise but I don't seem to know how to search the  
forum for keywords to keep my questions to a minimum.  Is there an effective  
way to traverse 263 pages of users forum discussions since 2009 as an  
infrequent visitor?
