DNS servers are listed in /etc/resolv.conf - but you can change them  
graphically by clicking on the 'network' icon in the taskbar, clicking on  
"Edit", clicking on your connection in the list, going to the 'IPv4 Settings'  
tab and entering the DNS server there.
