I suggest you read on each one, as my browsing experience is no js, so if you  
need to use that, or sign into websites that require third party cookies you  
won't be able, with those preferences in about:Config

In your /home/misty/.mozilla/xh539vde(whatever)/

there will be a prefs.js. Open it with a text editor and add the lines you  
wish.
