Part of this seems my problem. I'm also in the process of a meta package
transition [0] and it seems that I gooed on some, because
linux-image-4.135-gnu is supposed to be linux-image-4.13.5-gnu. Note the
missing period. I've changed that and the updated versions are live now.
It would be great if PeaceGuy could try again, but with a small change: I
don't know why you're trying to install linux-libre64-lts. This is one of the
old meta packages and the current website makes no mention of them. Where are
you finding instructions to install that? Please stick to those called out at
https://jxself.org/linux-libre/
