Netrunner is a KDEneon-based distribution featuring a highly customised KDE
desktop with extra applications, multimedia codecs, Flash and Java plugins,
and a unique look and feel. The modifications are designed to enhance the
user-friendliness of the desktop environment while still preserving the
freedom to tweak. A separate "Rolling" edition, based on Manjaro Linux, was
launched in 2014.

According to the website, they are a supporter of the FSF since 2016. Even do
there is nothing to read on their web site about their type of GPL licensing.
They are not listed on any of the FSF Operating software been sponsor
neither, that is meeting the fsf criteria. I'm confuse with this one. I am
approaching this one carefully, Any comments are welcome.
