Not much different. They both feel heavy. But that's not really an issue, at  
least for me.
I flashed a T500 myself. The display is much better, you can fit two SSD (or  
HDD) but it is much more painful to reassemble than x200. Lot of screws.. You  
have to be careful and patient.
Really nice laptop overall !
