1st/ it's great that Ruben has included LXqt in the repos, no,idea what the
next Trisquel 8 mini will be based,
Personally i was disappointed (although LXqt is still ,under development )
it's not more lightweight than Mate and resembles a mix between Xfce, LXDE
with a Numix theme, LXDE/Openbox being more lightweight.from what i read LXQt
more of an alternative to Xfce, and has full qt5 support.
