I use it on my older laptop exclusively, it's so much faster than FF. On my newer laptop I use FF-esr, it performs well, well unless there are several heavy gifs on the page (I'm thinking diaspora* right now). Seamonkey is the direct descendant of Netscape as Onpon pointed out, the two are quite different indeed.
