every cell phone to connect to the services need a valid sim card, every cell  
phone has a unique IMEI, JUST LIKE A pc has a mac address, one thing is the  
type of encryption that you are using for your text and services you are  
using for your MSG abilities EITHER on 2G/3G/4G. PRIVACY STARTS on type of  
encryption you are using for your chats.
