Asking community members to confirm a statement is not FUD. I welcome any of the Technoethical customers on this forum to come forward if they had to return any of our laptops for warranty.

Examples of FUD are:
* "the T400S can get quite a bit hotter than the T400, because the T400S has less physical space for airflow" * "the T400S is less available than the T400, so it's less possible to provide an extended warranty on it than with the T400"
